CRAFT AND VENDOR FAIR
TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, NEW LENOX
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2024
9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
We are looking forward to our 16th annual craft and vendor fair, which is a fundraiser for the youth of the congregation. It will be held Saturday, October 19, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Trinity Lutheran Church is located at 508 N. Cedar Road in New Lenox. We are on the east side of the road, three blocks north of the Metra train station at Cedar Road and US 30.
The fee is $25.00 for a table or space. An additional space, for the original vendor, may be purchased for $20. In fairness to all of our crafters/vendors, the additional space is intended to expand the table space of the original vendor and is not to be used by a second vendor. Additional vendors are required to purchase their own space for $25. We also would appreciate a donation of one item for our raffle.
Spaces are approximately 8 feet wide by 5 feet deep. Tables are 8 feet long. We have a limited number of tables available and those will be assigned on a first come basis. The donated item for the raffle can be brought the day of the event.
For the first time this year we will be offering online registration. Please fill out the form below. Upon receipt and acceptance, you will receive another link for payment. Spaces will be confirmed when payment is received.
Applications are due by AUGUST 15 for past participants and SEPTEMBER 15 for all others.
We are limiting direct sales vendors (i.e., Avon, Pamper Chef, etc.) to one per company. Past participants will have priority. We would like to make sure we have certain vendors at our fair, so if we do not receive your form with your payment by August 15, we will reach out to other consultants to take that spot. Crafts such as jewelry and bath products will also be limited to a small number. All of our spaces were filled last year and we anticipate that again this year so be sure to apply early.
Set up will be on Saturday, October 19 beginning at 7:30 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us to make arrangements. There will also be a set up time on Friday, October 18, in the evening. We will keep you posted on that time.
Lunch will again be provided for all crafters and vendors.
