Lent at Trinity
Soup and Sandwich Suppers on February 17 and 24, and on March 2, 9, 16 at 6:30pm. Wonderful home-cooked meals that are sure to satisfy. An inexpensive and convenient way to feed your family during Lent prior to Midweek Lenten Worship. Suppers will be served by the Youth of Trinity; donations will be accepted as the Youth are raising funds to attend the LCMS National Youth Gathering in July in New Orleans.
LUTHERANISM 101: BACK TO THE BASICS
Our Midweek Lenten Services for 2016 will be a focus on The Small Catechism of Dr. Martin Luther (1530). Each week we will zero in on one of the chief parts of the Catechism and see what Luther himself had to say about them. We will have congregational recitations of the catechism as well as brief sermons on each chief part. Come and explore our rich Lutheran heritage!

Midweek 1-- God Has The Solution: The Apostles’ Creed-- February 17
Midweek 2-- We Respond: The Lord’s Prayer-- February 24
Midweek 3-- God Adopts Us: The Sacrament of Holy Baptism-- March 2
Midweek 4--God Gives Us Pastors: The Office of the Keys and Confession-- March 9
Midweek 5--God Feeds Us: The Sacrament of Holy Communion-- March 16
Maundy Thursday--We Examine Ourselves: Christian Questions and Their Answers-- March 24
Good Friday--Darkness Reigns (But Not For Long)-- March 25
