Trinity celebrated its 75th year in 2015
Our 75th anniversary committee put together a wonderful 75th anniversary celebration in June 2015. Some of the memorable events are listed below.
Main events
- October 5, 2014: Kick-off potluck lunch
- October - June: Guest speakers from Lutheran organizations to commemorate our 75th Anniversary
- January - June: Presentations from each of our committees on what they do
- June 14, 2015: Catered lunch and special service for 75th Anniversary
Anniversary accomplishments
- Honor Trinity's long-standing members with name tags designating the length of membership
- Have members from all Trinity groups tell the congregation about their group and how others can join
- Update our membership directory with current pictures and some pictures from the last 75 years
- Include special moments or memories of our members in the updated directory (see online form below)
- Have a new banner made for the event to hang in the church
- Offer an updated ornament from the Historical Society of Trinity
- Spruce up the church inside and out for the event
- Complete the lift project and organ replacement with no debt
